We are pleased to announce that the Merlin Legal Open Source Foundation has be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations made to the Foundation are exempt from U.S. federal taxes.
The recognition applies retroactively to all donations made to the Foundation since September 23, 2019.
